We were in an upstairs condo and had made the decision we wanted a villa. From the time I called Tammy Kitt and gave her our “must haves”, it was about an hour when she called back to say she found it! We looked at the beautiful new villa that day and committed the next morning. Tammy listened, did not waste our time, and was so helpful throughout the process. She then proceeded to sell our condo with open houses and much enthusiasm. We do believe we’re in our forever home - thanks to Tammy Kitt.

My recent real estate purchase at Bird Bay in Venice came at a very emotional time in my life. The entire experience was made so much more tolerable because of the professionalism and compassion shown me by your sales associate, Tammy Kitt. Tammy and I had to develop our client/agent relationship through texts, emails and phone calls because I lived in Illinois. She was awarethat I could not purchase anything in Florida until my divorce and the sale of my house were finalized. Tammy was patient and understanding and I never felt pressured. We corresponded frequently and when we finally met, it felt like we were old friends. Tammy accommodated my very tight travel schedule and we found the absolute perfect condo for my needs in one day. She guided me through the process and together we determined the right fit for my needs.I have recommended Tammy to a friend who will be looking for her forever home here in January.I will continue to sing her praises to anyone who is in the market for a real estate agent.
