I do want to report that we really enjoyed working with Tammy Kitt in our real estate transaction this spring. She was very personable, helpful, and flexible with her time. We appreciated her patience and enjoyed her sense of humor.

And a brief description we found Tammy to be awesome. But let me give you a more clear picture so you will know what to expect if you choose Tammy to represent you in any real estate actions you may have. We met Tammy at one of her many open houses. In the very beginning Tammy was delightful. She was not what you might expect of a real estate person in this day and age with the market being so hard. Tammy was not pushy demanding obnoxious or rude. If you choose to work with Tammy you’ll find her to be anything but any of the above however, you will find her to be very very knowledgeable of the real estate market what has been sold but hasn’t been sold what is moving what is not moving where you might be interested in looking. Tammy will give you all the time you need. Whether it be during the day or on the weekends. Tammy is just a phone call away. You’ll find her to be extremely knowledgeable no question is too big not too small for Tammy to research and find the right answers for you. Tammy truly truly works for you and with you. We found her to be an absolute charm. Tammy is extremely knowledgeable of working with the Internet which we experienced firsthand at her office on many occasions. If we had questions or concerns Tammy was on our team. In the future if we were to buy or sell We would only consider doing business with Tammy. Even after our closing and moving into our new home Tammy was still in contact with us making sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I’m a scale of 1 to 10 Tammy would rate 100. As you can see we think highly of Tammy we could not have done this move without her on our team.

Both my Aunt I. and myself cannot express enough our appreciation for the hard work and professionalism of Tammy. The Bird Bay condo property was not an easy sale but Tammy took all actions needed to publicize, beautifully stage and make the property attractive. In fact, she went well beyond the call of duty to assist with scheduling some repairs as my senior Aunt was not in a position to handle it. She also worked tirelessly holding open houses, and getting people in to see the property. She kept us up to date appropriately and was very kind and gentle with my Aunt. My Aunt I. was so thrilled with Tammy and her efforts she wanted to make sure we tell everyone that she is a TOP NOTCH agent who will not let you down!!

If there were more than 5 stars to check, I would choose the highest available. Thru the entire process, Tammy was a dream to work with in finding my new home in Florida. Moving a long distance, across many states, was not easy, but having Tammy as my virtual eyes and ears while searching was a God send. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a new home.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael Saunders and specifically the Team of Tammy Kitt and Peter Mann. We bought our property in Venice Florida during the height of the real estate bubble and found ourselves in an upside down situation. We had to move from Florida in 2006 due to employment but could not sell at that time. In October of 2017 we found that we were in a position to sell. We were lucky enough to meet Tammy and Peter who guided us through the process which for us was a bit long. We were in CT and they took care of each and every detail, ensuring that the property was taken care of. Finding and meeting vendors for any issues we had along the way. It took us over a year to sell our property, we never thought for even a second to change realtors because we knew that Tammy and Peter were doing all they could (and more) to sell our property and make sure that we were happy with the end result. I'm honestly not sure how we would have made it through the process without them!
