Tammy is amazing! My husband and I have never met a more hard-working, professional and supportive realtor. She was patient when we wanted to look at numerous properties. She was always responsive to our inquiries. She provided us valuable and helpful insight into the Venice market while we searched. She then walked us through the purchase process. I found Tammy via a referral from family friends in the area. I am located in NY and had a family member unexpectedly pass away in Florida. The first thing I did once things settled down was find Tammy and from there on out the process was smooth as could be. The house was fully furnished and Tammy helped to assist in finding auctioneers to liquidate the belongings. I accidentally let the water and electric bills go past due and one day during a visit to the house she found the notice and paid them without a hesitation. She was a tremendous asset in the process and there is no way I would have been able to handle everything going on without somebody like her on my team. She coordinated all the steps of the process making my job easy and much less stressful than anticipated. She staged the house perfectly and we got into a multiple offer situation, all much over asking price and ended up closing with a great cash deal with no bumps in the road. Although I am not local to FL so I cannot recommend Tammy to people in person I hope this review serves as a reason to do business with Tammy as she will not steer you wrong! Thank you again Tammy!

My wife Kris and I worked with Tammy on our recent purchase of a home in Venice. We could not be happier with the results. We were referred to her by the relatives of a friend. My first phone conversation with her gave me all the confidence in the world that we had found the right person to help us to buy a home, sight unseen. She listened to me and responded after I told her what was important to us. She never interrupted or assumed she knew what we wanted. As the process continued, she went out of her way to provide us multiple videos. A couple of times when things went a little sideways with both the seller and the title company. She jumped in immediately to put things back on track
