Tammy is a wonderful Realtor that invests the time to get to know and understand you. We had hoped to have a Florida retirement home someday in the future. Tammy has helped make that dream possible today! She invited us to an open house and from there provided us with different listings and locations. She was very flexible with our schedule and vacation time. She didn't just give up once our vacation ended and we returned to Michigan. Tammy stayed in touch and continued to send us information and links to new houses and talked us through many options with rental properties. She dedicated her time to making sure we had all the information we needed and even helped in the other areas such as the banking, insurance and rental rates and monthly expenses. Tammy went above and beyond what any Realtor would have done. Tammy was very honest and open with us from the very start. She was there from listing to closing and every step in between. She has phenomenal communication and follow up and is committed to seeing your dream home. We will definitely be working with Tammy again on any real estate transactions we may have in the future.

We were highly recommended by friends about Tammy. They were very pleased with the smooth transaction and how professionally she handled everything. I was in town having positive thoughts that I would be accepted for a position I applied for. I called the general office numbers and the gal that answered the phone said she could show us houses the very next day. I told her what we wanted and needed and the next thing my husband and I know, we've closed on the house of our dreams with absolutely no effort on our behalf. Tammy did everything; seems like all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Thank you Tammy; we can't say that enough.
