Nancy and I are presently in search of a Venice or Englewood, Florida, property in the aftermath of our respective retirements. Visiting these areas with our family for other purposes (Disney World recreation); we made contact with Ms. Tammy Kitt in an attempt to combine business with pleasure. Despite being given very short notice by the undersigned, Ms. Kitt none-the-less successfully led us on a very detailed and expansive inspection of relevant and enticing options. Due to the brevity of our stay, our property search could not be brought to satisfactory conclusion (but almost did, thanks to Ms. Kitt, and despite the transiency of our one (1) day together). After our departure from Florida this past weekend, we find Ms. Kitt continuing to provide us with other related information which we requested from her and which will further facilitate an advancement toward our stated goal. My wife and I plan to return to Venice, Florida, for an extended stay during the Winter of 2017. Tammy did an excellent job selling our condo on Venice Island. She worked with great enthusiasm, energy, and integrity. She always replied promptly to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend Tammy to anybody wanting to purchase or sell, as we worked with Tammy for both. She really knows her stuff and provided us with excellent service from beginning to end. Being out of state for most of the process, Tammy stayed in close contact with us with timely phone calls and emails keeping us informed at every stage, and she consistently returned our phone calls and emails promptly. Her ongoing assistance and solid advice throughout the process made for easy and smooth closings. In addition, Tammy is just a great person and fun to work with!

Tammy, we first met Tammy at a open house in the Mission Lakes condos. She helped us find our place at San Silvestro Dr. in Venice. She showed us many places and was a real Professional. After we bought our place we have missed not seeing her, because we kind of adopted her as our daughter? If anyone were looking for a place in this area, Tammy should be your first call, because, we think she is awesome!!!! The Michael Saunders Company is blessed with such a true professional of her caliber to be working for them! Five stars and easily more if available. Tammy did a fantastic job from our very first meeting. She understood our needs and patiently answered all of our questions. She worked well with my 94 year old mother and made her comfortable throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to tell anyone that we were 100% pleased with all aspects of our relationship with Tammy from listing to closing. We feel very fortunate that we met and worked with Tammy. She set the bar very high for service, availability, knowledge and understanding.

We met Tammy over a year ago at an open house and we were very impressed with her follow up, knowledge of the market and willingness to understand how our needs can be met.
