Tammy was the BEST! We listed our house, sold and closed in less than 30 days! Which is unheard of in todays market. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping us personally and professionally. I was so glad to have Tammy as my realtor! We were selling my mother’s condo long-distance from Utah, which presented logistical challenges, and Tammy handled it all seamlessly. From installing new floors to unloading furniture to giving good advice on every aspect of the sale, Tammy was able to get the job done. Just wow, Tammy Kitt hit this one out of the park for me. From the get go she was professional, and courteous, understanding my need to sell in a limited time due to financial reasons. She explained that it was a slow time of the year, and an election year, but said, lets do this! She explained the process, and held multiple open houses, she even made cookies! To my surprise I had an offer within a month, but then the unthinkable happened, the buyer after signing the contract and past his due diligence period wanted to back out. Tammy advised me of my options, and the crisis was averted, thanks Tammy! The closing process was smooth, she stayed in communication throughout, and stayed on top of everyone involved to ensure closing happened on time and I was able to close on my old home and my new one on the same day. She made multiple trips to the new property for guidance on my walk through, and even to meet with a vendor for blinds. I can't say enough, so thankful I had her to guide me through this major life event. Thanks again Tammy!

Tammy is very efficient and well organized. She handled our home selection process very well. She is friendly and was very helpful in answering our many questions which led to an offer on a property. She was a good negotiator who brought closure to our final sales contract. I highly recommend her.
